I am Austin Hewitt, sole owner of Hewitt Pro Bookkeeping LLC. My team and I of qualified bookkeepers, accountants, financial advisors, and tax professionals provide financial services to all-sized businesses. We work with QuickBooks Online and Xero to categorize transactions, reconcile accounts, produce financial reports, and prep/file taxes. Beyond that, we have financial advisors who go the extra mile and provide cash flow management and growth planning for your business.

Services Provided

Categorize Transactions

Every money-in or money-out transaction through your business will be allocated to an appropriate category for financial tracking. These may include but are not limited to Income (sales receipts, invoices), Expenses (bills, vendor receipts, cost of goods sold), fixed assets, owner's equity, etc.

Reconcile Accounts

Before reporting financials, I will ensure that the data in QuickBooks matches the actual bank transactions to a "T." Meaning that everything will be accounted for in every transaction and balanced as all things should be.

Produce Financial Statements

With this accurate, categorized data I will create all kinds of financial statements that give you a look into your company at every angle possible. These include but are not limited to Profit and Loss, Balance Sheet, Statement of Cash Flow, AR Aging Detail/summary, AP Aging Detail/summary, etc. The IRS does at least require the P&L for tax filing.

Financial Advisory

With a higher tier package you can benefit from our comprehensive CFO services including tax planning, business review reports, financial forecasting, and continued support with these throughout the reporting periods. Any and all questions can be answered by myself or one of my team members.

Tax Preparation and Filing

Never worry about making the deadline with the last minute scrambles to file that we've all resorted to at one point or another. Our Certified Public Accountants will prepare and file your taxes properly to ensure that your company complies with all tax laws with a very low risk of auditing from the IRS.
